NOSTRADAMUS is proud to be a founding member of the AgroTech Hub Cluster, a newly established collaboration platform bringing together several Horizon Europe projects working at the intersection of agriculture, climate innovation, digital technologies, and sustainable land management.
The cluster unites projects that share a common ambition: building a more connected, data-driven, and climate-resilient agricultural future for Europe.
Alongside LandShift, AgRimate, Agrarian, EARTHONE, OpenAgri, Climate Farm Demo, and ENFORCE, NOSTRADAMUS is helping to drive a coordinated effort to strengthen collaboration, amplify impact, and accelerate the digital and green transformation of European agriculture.
Why the AgroTech Hub Cluster Matters
Agriculture across Europe faces increasing challenges—from climate pressures and biodiversity loss to fragmented data ecosystems and the need for scalable digital solutions. These challenges cannot be addressed in isolation.
The AgroTech Hub Cluster was created to bring projects together and collectively work on:
Improved knowledge exchange among research, innovation, and demonstration communities
Aligned efforts to reduce duplication and maximise the use of resources
Joint activities and communication that amplify visibility and stakeholder engagement
Shared pathways toward data-driven, climate-smart, and nature-based agricultural solutions
By joining forces, the cluster strengthens connections with policymakers, fosters cross-project learning, and ensures that project outcomes have broader reach and long-term impact.
Highlights from the First Synergy Meeting
The first synergy meeting marked the official launch of this collaborative journey. Representatives from all participating projects gathered to introduce their work, exchange ideas, and begin shaping the cluster’s operational framework.
The meeting opened with a round of project presentations, offering insight into each initiative’s goals, geographical scope, methodologies, and key innovations. This created a strong foundation for identifying shared interests and future synergies.
A collaborative co-creation session followed, during which partners contributed ideas for the cluster’s official name and visual identity. This inclusive process ensures that the cluster’s brand reflects the diversity and strengths of all participating projects.
The group also agreed to hold bi-monthly synergy meetings, ensuring continuity, momentum, and regular opportunities for joint planning.
One of the major outcomes was the decision to develop a joint webinar series featuring experts from across the participating projects. Planned webinar themes include:
AI and edge intelligence for agriculture
Data ecosystems and interoperability
Climate modelling and decision-support systems
Living labs and demonstration farms
Nature-based and open innovation approaches
Digital transformation aligned with EU Green Deal priorities
These webinars will help disseminate knowledge, promote cross-fertilisation, and reach a wide range of stakeholders across Europe.
Looking Ahead
The AgroTech Hub Cluster represents an important step toward building a stronger, more connected innovation community across Europe’s agricultural and land-use sectors. Through coordinated communication, shared activities, and collaborative learning, the cluster aims to support farmers, policymakers, researchers, living labs, and technology developers in adopting climate-resilient, sustainable, and community-centered agricultural practices.
As a founding member, NOSTRADAMUS will contribute its expertise in next-generation agri-data ecosystems, AI-enhanced decision-support tools, and multi-actor engagement across living labs and pilot sites.
Together with our cluster partners, we are laying the foundation for a more collaborative, innovative, and future-ready agricultural landscape.
